Neil Nixon recently addressed the 2008 Pipeline Safety Education Conference hosted by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety in Alexandria, Minnesota Neil spoke to some 70 attendees about the need for and benefits of quickly communicating to the public and other key constituencies during emergency events, as well as tactics for getting key messages out through the news media.
