Glen Boatwright and Neil Nixon to serve as instructors at the Southern Gas Association's Emergency Management Workshop Glen Boatwright and Neil Nixon will serve as instructors at this year's Southern Gas Association's Emergency Management Workshop. This new workshop will combine the Managing Natural Gas Emergencies and the Natural Disaster Emergency Management Workshops. The two and a half day workshop will highlight emergency planning, Incident Command Structure, dealing with the news media, conducting effective emergency exercises, and investigating incidents, among other items.
